Donald M. Payne International Development Graduate Fellowship

Fellows receive funding of up to $90,000 toward a two-year master’s degree program. Fellows will also participate in internships in Washington, D.C. Upon completion of their master’s degree program, fellows become USAID Foreign Service Officers. Seniors or alumni who are United States citizens with a GPA of 3.20 or higher are eligible to apply.
