Explores economic concerns such as rational choices, costs vs. benefits, markets, and levels of activity, equilibrium, and efficiency. Emphasizes the financial aspects of organized criminal activities such as gambling, loan sharking, narcotics trafficking, and labor racketeering, and explores the fiscal implications of plans to decriminalize and legalize black market goods and services.
