HON 484 Faculty Mentored Research Around the Common Good

This course enables a small group of students to work with a fulltime faculty member in preparation for their Honors capstone experience. Students will be engaged in individual thesis, research project or original, creative piece and be conducting this research under the guidance and direction of the faculty member teaching the course. Research may include a major thesis project or honors thesis project in which students participate in research activities which can include literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, research design and methods, etc.
Prerequisite
ENG 201 and permission of the instructor.
Notes
This course is restricted to students in the John Jay or Macaulay Honors Programs.
