All English majors should meet with a faculty advisor in the major at least once a semester.
In addition to the English Major Advisor, Professor John Staines, or the Chair of the Department, Professor Allison Pease, who are regularly available by email, phone, or in person, professors in the department hold special advising hours every day of the week at a variety of times during the semester to answer any questions our English majors have.
