PMT 748 Project Management for Emergency Management and Public Safety
This course will examine how project management methods may be applied to the functions of emergency
management and public safety using examples appropriate from the field for a variety of different hazards,
environments, managerial and organizational levels. The course will provide students appropriate project
management methods and tools, along with relevant research, to effectively plan and manage projects in the
sphere of emergency management and public safety.
